Entrance: Park entrance off State Highway 60
Length: 39 miles
Terrain: Very few hills. Could use resurfacing. Potholes on a small stretch near Eagle Lake (you may want to skip that part). The Red Jacket Trail (Mankato to Rapidan) is much better.
Description: Beautiful scenery through Minnesota's hardwoods. Sakatah Lake, a natural widening of the Cannon River.
Directions:
From Mankato to Faribault. Park entrance is located off State Highway 60, one mile east of the intersection on State Highway 13 and 60 at Waterville, or 14 miles west of Faribault.
